Changda Construction Group signed strategic cooperation agreement with the comprehensive bonded zone

It is reported that there are 5 construction projects invested in this time, and the total investment of the project is estimated to be 1.6 billion yuan. According to the principle of "one project, one company", the project company (SPV) is established by investment respectively. Party A designates the state-owned company, Party B designates its subordinate investment subjects, and each investment unit exercises the shareholders' rights and obligations of the project company according to the company law and other relevant provisions. Both parties also agree that the cooperation mode of this agreement can also be adapted to the cooperation of other projects of both parties. &Weifang comprehensive free trade zone is the first comprehensive free trade zone in Shandong Province.
